EzyBiz works 24/7. The Virtual Receptionist knows your business hours and informs callers accordingly, but still handles enquiries, takes messages, and can notify you of urgent calls even outside hours.

Absolutely. All calls and data are encrypted end-to-end. We use enterprise-grade security infrastructure with Firebase and Google Cloud Platform. Your business information is never shared with third parties.

Currently, EzyBiz provides new Australian business numbers. Number porting from other providers is on our roadmap. You can forward your existing number to your EzyBiz number in the meantime.

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan anytime, or additional minutes are available at a per-minute rate. We never cut off service mid-call.
